The special menu Degustando Prato are rich, varied and can satisfy every palate (even for vegetarians!). There will be appetizers, prosciutto, salami, charcoal-grilled meat, the traditional Prato-style celeries and many other delicacies. Ingredients used are selected and high quality - Tuscany origin and in respect for the seasonality.
The menu price will be fixed and inclusive of service, cover charge and beverages, among which a fine selection of local wines.
